We live in deflationary times. DGIV's technology is ideally suited for such an environment. Some telco's, like Deutsche Telekom, want to "manage" the deflationary process. Other, old fashioned telcos, as is implied in your article on Korea, get hit by it as if it were by a tidal wave. Those 40% savings mean that somebody lost 100% of a business to some other who has 60% of that original revenue.
Worse than a zero-sum-game.!
