pezz, Since the title on this thread concerns all of the scandals, what are your thoughts concerning Chinagate? How the FBI and Justice top dogs believe their should be an independent, and Janet Reno delaying that investigation, but tagging the Lewinsky matter onto Starrs already full plate(whitewater, filegate, etc). Ann

I would agree with you pezz. If all Starr has is zippergate, the Republican Congress will not have the collective "balls to impeach" Clinton. However, even if its only Zippergate, its still pretty clearly perjury and obstruction and maybe subornation of perjury which Bubba has engaged in (at least the known evidence seems very strong). The fact that the Congress puts its finger in the wind and refuses to do its duty does not excuse the President's conduct. JLA
