Jeff:

The company is adding distributors, being installed by significant partners, and , in general, seems to be successfully implementing its business plan. However, the stock price seems not to react to the news that demonstrates it is implementing its plan.

Nor has the accumulation of the stock and the tightening of the float increased the demand and subsequent value of the shares.

In your opinion, what gives? What type of news will make the share price rise?

If Alya comes out with an quarterly report that shows significant earnings in line with their projects that are the consequent of their growing distribution, will this be the only type of news that makes the price rise? If so, when is their next quarterly report due?

Or will the agreement that they entered into for third party monitoring produce a favorable report on the company in the near future? Do you have any idea what the schedule for this third party coverage is?

I appreciate your insights, and wonder whether you had the opportunity to discuss any of the above issues with the company.

Thanks.
