Hey TGW, and Bob, Perhaps you learn how to read a press release before you go out telling the world that Gary is a liar. When the release came out July 30th, I wrote the following which was disputed by Bob with the next post. I guess I was right afterall. But nothing different than what was written in the press release. Oh yea, Bob assumed that Timothy must have been the signer of the oontract, and therefore it was ok in his book to proclaim that the release was false. What a bunch of crap. Anyone can see through your plan to slander the company regardless. Take a look at these past posts and you decide: To: endwrench (5596 ) (Trial Member) From: Gennaro Saturday, Aug 1 1998 1:42PM ET Reply # of 6248 Just one thing to add. In the press release it does not say who signed the contract. In any case the signed contract is with Island Sports and Casino, not with the govt. It says that Global games has an agreement with IGC of Domenica, but not necessarily a contract. Be careful, perhaps GLOW signed with one operation, and if the govt is looking at another contract, perhaps there are two. Just a thought. But we better call Gary to find out for sure. Bob's response which we now know to be bogus, imply is bob's word not Garys': Subject: GLOW - Global Games, Inc. - Great Profit Potential ! In fact, it is the self-same Mr. Julius Timothy who is denying the contractual relationship.... The July 7th press release says that J. Timothy signed a preliminary agreement (WHICH IS NOT A CONTRACT), to be honest I'm not so sure what it is. I think at this time it was probably construed to be a contract and because it was not, J. Timothy denied signing one. Being at the time a new investor in Glow, I gave Bob the benefit of the doubt, posting this interpretation, which in part turns out to be true. Gary has never lied, the only problem is that Bob and TGW failed to read the press release carefully. They were convinced there was some wrong doing, and unfortunately, they were wrong. So why, TGW, do you still insist on telling people that Gary lied. He did no such thing. Now give it up. Sorry, to other shareholders, I try to ignore TGW posts, but new investors have the right to see what has gone on before. I for one, was effected by the posts of Bob Davis and TGW early on, until I found out what their agenda truly was. For Bob Davis it was obvious: To: Gennaro (5634 ) From: Bob Davis Saturday, Aug 1 1998 4:55PM ET Reply # of 6248 Gennaro, I can understand that you are angry... I think that I have clarified the "discrepancies" in my various posts over the last several hours. I also think that it is safe to assume that The Independent was not aware of the GLOW releases, even though they have demonstrated that they have access to internet news by posting a HTML link to the last GLOW press release. As I mentioned in another post a few minutes ago, I do not have a position in GLOW, either long or short; I have never had one in the past and I never will in the future. Specifically, I told my 7,000 readers about the GLOW situation on July 13th, and only came onto this board after someone over here had some derogatory things to say about me shortly after I published. In fact, my continued due diligence of GLOW is solely in response to these attacks. Bob Davis The Napeague Letter napeague.com
