Tim,

You have a misconception about DRIV's business model relative to SWNT's business model.

SWNT exclusively sells software electronically. But DRIV provides the e-commerce technology which allows companies like SWNT (DRIV's clients include Lotus/IBM, Symantec, Electronic Arts, Broderbund, etc.) the ability to perform ESD in a safe, secure and efficient manner.

In addition to ESD, DRIV has created online dealerships for the sale of products other than software (ie: COOL is a client).

So DRIV is a tollkeeper on the Internet superhighway. It is the type of business model that Bill Gates has been craving but the Dept. of Justice has been blocking MSFT for antitrust reasons.

DRIV provides the technology for companies to engage in e-commerce transactions similar to INKT which provides the technology for the portal companies to offer their services.

Hope this helps.

Regards.

Elliot
