Tim, <<press release>> Are you serious? Do you really expect a press release for every possible concern that anyone can concoct? I guess I don't understand what you're saying. Please explain.

<<Actually, they aren't rumors, they are what a number of us have been told by Maricopa County Air Quality Control.>>

Ask for Donna. There are other ways to stop rumors.

Richard,

OK, I emailed Mr. Runyon and will let you know his response.

This isn't nonsense and it CAN be cured by a PR. I checked for permit info and can't find out a thing re: air permit applications from Cimetta, maxam, Runyon, etc. Dale can't even tell us who applied for the permit...strange in light of the importance attributed to the application.

As you have stated so wisely in the past with other stock, the market downturn in maxam is sure telling us that something is seriously wrong. Just rumors?.....maybe. But maxam's silence concerns us shareholders who have been IPMed.

Your most recent response to Bankes is similar to CL's responses to early unconverted IPM followers. Please don't tell me to sell my stock if I don't like the situation. (VBG)
