Why is GCTY still a "No margin" stock on Datek? I though it was just the opening day?

To our Datek Online customers: Yesterday, August 11th, at market open, we became aware of a programming issue that had occurred in a regular update process. This issue affected customer Nasdaq orders. The problem was corrected by approximately 09:32 a.m.. but it took until nearly 09:40 to address the majority of the affected orders. By 09:49 systems were again functioning regularly and all back orders were routed. This technical issue was not related to any market activity. It was an unrelated and certainly unfortunate issue and we have eliminated the possibility of this happening again. Robert Bethge Vice President
