Rob (and Oracle people),

Dispite my constant griping about them, the fact is Lane and Henley are considered 2 of the top executives in town, and are constantly bombarded with offers to head other companies etc. So the fact that they are staying with Oracle is meaningful. Oracle has always been generous with stock options so its reasonable for some people to sell for diversification purposes. To me, it seems like Oracle mgmt has owned up to the challenges they face. This was not true a few months ago, so fundamentally the picture has improved imo.
