Mr. McCallum,

As a member of SI since the later part of '96, I can tell that in that time I have learned that SI (and I suspect other places like it) are a whole new learning experience. I'd like to think that in that time frame, I've learned a few things. One, don't assume that everybody automatically understands what you're talking about or where you're coming from, and two, don't automatically come to some conclusion about a person from a limited amount of interaction.

There is one agenda that we all have in common and that is to make money or I, for one, am truly out of the loop.

If it weren't for the Mcdo newsletter (which I was never privy to in the first place, but picked up in bits and pieces here and there) and perhaps other letters or organizations like it, I sincerely doubt that I, and probably unknown others, would have ever even come across the company known as Totally Hip. So in a sense, these organizations or newsletters, have, for better or worse, raised the attention which has been brought to your company.

Now from where I'm sitting, it is perfectly understandable as to why some of the questions are being raised which those like Susan are asking. Maybe, and I'm just guessing here, they got in at the high and are worried about the prospects of their investment. Lets face it, nobody wants to have to sit on something that yields them nothing over a long period of time (unless of course one is rich, and I certainly doubt that applies to quite a number of people although some would like one to believe otherwise). And nobody likes to take a loss (that I know of anyway). Yes, I heard you, THW is a speculative play right now. Guess what, CSCO was a speculative play for me in Oct. of '94. Take a wild guess where the stock price went. Now, it is one of the best names in the networking business.

You've stated, in so many terms, that your wish is to become on a par with companies like CSCO or that is how I read you from where I'm sitting. I wish you the best of luck in your goals, but I would appreciate it, if you wouldn't immediately jump to conclusions about what or why some are asking you questions. In my opinion, it is just plain juvenile to make the kinds of comments you made to Susan and reinforces the reason that you should get a professional IR person to post to this board. I dare say, if you act like your last post to those prospective customers to whom you're trying to sell, then you're making the work a hell of lot harder on yourself, THW, and the shareholders of the stock.

I know only one person on this board and only through my association with SI. I would hope that all could accord a certain amount of respect to one another and stick to what is important which is gleaning relevant information to help us all become better informed and more comfortable in our holdings.

Respectfully,

MSB

There is only one reason why I've stuck around and tried to garner info about THW - earnings of .05, P/E 13 (according to Yahoo). Something is up with this stock. If even half of what has been said comes true, then it is my opinion that the share price will eventually trend higher based on the P/E of the overall market.

In the only quarterly report I recieved, THW earned .13 in the first quarter. What did THW earn in the second and third quarters? The fourth is coming out sometime in Aug. unless I'm mistaken.

Thanks D. Wei:

First off I think we've found a new last name for you Randy. How about Randy Redneck.
There's nothing like telling it like it is. We may of aquired a little more info than we really wanted but if you can make money for your shareholders it'll make no difference in the end.
So I'll reserve judgement on your method of getting the word out. If I can make one teeny weeny point. Don't be afraid to pass the mic to Brian. <gg>

Also I thought your attack on Susan was in bad taste. She's but one poster here and there will be others of similar views. People here on SI have learned to live with it. Different views are an asset.
Like I told my friend earlier. If we all walk towards the fire, eventually we'll all get burnt. Someone has to be on fire watch.

have a good night
mikey

"We are not asking for a return on these shares from these employees since we believe in this company and feel that these shares will help to reach our target price within the next 14 to 18 months. What is that? Let's just say that we picked a target and all numbers I have seen so far are low."

Well Randy I don't see how I can be accused of misquoting you when your words are written for all to see. You said all numbers you have seen are low, and you had obviously seen the Data News numbers when you wrote it. If you made a mistake and didn't mean that, all you had to do was correct it. As far as targets go, I'd be more interested in hearing about targets for sales, revenue, market share than your targets for share price. Who knows the state the market will be in in the future or how it will react to Totally hip's developments?

Yes I said you basically endorsed what Data News had written. You sure were not at all critical of their letters and seemed to say most of what they have written was correct. What I said was stating my opinion, nothing more. I'm sure everyone recognized it as that, thats what we do on these forums, give our opinions.

I guess how conservative you are is your business, but I'm sure all expect a certain level of professionalism to be shown, which has not so far in my opinion.

Now you tell us how unimportant the SI thread is, but at the same time say how you were out to heat it up. Why? Is the company not on the verge of success that will get us excited on its own merit?

As far as your ex wife goes, I can't blame her. Who would want to be married to an ego like that?
