The resumes of Norton and Ison go into great detail(15 pages) of the projects they have worked on and been in charge of. If talks specifically about what they were responsible for and SPECIFICALLY how they made changes to the projects to increase the yields and decrease the costs. The resumes also give the names and phone numbers of the company managers to call for references. I would post the entire resume but i do not feel like posting copying 15 pages into a post. The only reason i brought up the resumes in the first place was because someone, a few weeks back, suggested that Mark and I do some DD and see if Norton and Ison were actually qualified and experienced. I have done that DD and they are more than qualified.Obviously, the stock price has gone down since they have been here but to blame that on them is nonsense. I should have known that you guys would find something negative to say about it! I answer a basic question and it turns into this crap---i don't know why i even bother.
