How do you know the 800,000 wasnt a buy?? A 800,000 share sell would walk the bid down, big-time. A BUY limit order for 800k at the bid gets filled many times when your talking that kind of block.

I think that many of the large trades that we have seen in the recent past have been arranged trades or certinly limit orders. Any market order over 500,000 shares up or down will move the bid/ask in an obvious way.
