For visitors to the thread who don't know, JOY D COVEY is Amazon's Chief Financial Officer - the key person who handles the finances of the firm. If anyone knows about the value of the company, she does. Joy is a minority stock holder and this represents a major sale of stock for her. Speculators wake up!!!

JOEL R SPIEGEL is also a key officer of the company but I can't remember his title.
