Well by all means if the report comes out with any questions that might not put the current management or the company in anything but a positive light, then let's just ignore it.

For me, an incomplete or non-all-inclusive 8-K would be acceptable. Info current thru 7/15 or 8/1 should not be too tough to assemble. We know the company is rapidly changing and that's why we invested in it.

We are at the mercy of a website, phone calls and pr's at this point. Concrete evidence of growth will attract new investors and circumvent present owners from selling out of boredom or impatience. It will also add substantially to the credibility of the company if it backs up claims made publicly in the past.

I don't think the MM's are too pleased with PRWT's ambitions to cut them out of a lot of potential income. Therefore I'm not expecting any favors of them in terms of increased share value without MAJOR buying volume.

Gains from news releases are short-lived in this stock. The IT pr could have/should have put us over .10, imho, and it should have held.
The next pr may result as a dud also. That's why I believe an 8-K,
timed properly, is important to us all.

But hell, maybe that's what John's planning on anyway.
