The basis would be the msitake Peter made to forcast revenue and earnings 15 months ahead of time and re-tracking now. I think He just made a very stupid mistake to begin with that no other CEO would do it in this world, and no doubt in my mind that some lawers are going to utilize this opportunity for making money - it's an unfortunate reality for all of us who still long it, but it's a reality.
