Re Web-Based Banking

Thanks for your reply Benny. My question was, technically, would the bank be able to do it themselves if they go web based ? Do they still have to rely on CKFR for the backend processing ? I know you probably know the answer, but I don't. I would appreciate further feed back in this very critical question. Thanks again.
