Just FYI, I (like the rest of you) am concerned and/or disappointed over Steppe not having completed their filings on-time and more specifically after telling me they would be done by month's end (that was July EOM). I have not had an opportunity to attempt to track John down and find out what is going on but may have a chance to do so on monday. Salut, Leigh McBain

Hi everyone, I was in contact with John Menzies and was told that the auditors have quite simply not finished the report. He did not offer any form of excuse, such as a reclassification or something, he just simply said that the auditors had given him a target date of the end of July and did not meet it. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do now, but wait. I am not trying to justify the delinquency, it should not have happened. However, we won't know the end result until either they really don't file, period, or the filing is completed and we can review the results. That's all I can offer. Salut, Leigh McBain
