Datek selling my stock before market? I had put in a limit order to sell THQI at 28. This was at 9.25 AM today. I went and checked up the news and decided to cancal the order and wait. The moment I cancelled the order, Datek said that have executed my order. I look into their daily history and it says that they sold my stock at 9:29:22. Is this legal? What are my options? This is bizarre! I am generally quite satisfied with datek but what happened today was totally unacceptable. It is equivalent to saying that if I put in a GTC order to sell and the company comes out with some good news in the evening, Datek executes my order anytime ion the night. Is that acceptable? Any comments? Datek! Regards Arvinder
