Datek selling my stock before market?

I had put in a limit order to sell THQI at 28. This was at 9.25 AM today. I went and checked up the news and decided to cancal the order and wait. The moment I cancelled the order, Datek said that have executed my order. I look into their daily history and it says that they sold my stock at 9:29:22. Is this legal? What are my options?
This is bizarre!

I am generally quite satisfied with datek but what happened today was totally unacceptable. It is equivalent to saying that if I put in a GTC order to sell and the company comes out with some good news in the evening, Datek executes my order anytime ion the night. Is that acceptable?

Any comments? Datek!
