I'll guess 30 1/4. I think we just crossed a second hurdle at 29 1/2 . Just above and just below, it's like a vacuum. TA is great!!

There are a few OBVIOUS things that will happen in the next few months:

On October 1st, LU will start a buying binge to get themselves solidly into datacom. Obvious targets are COMS, ASND and CS. They have the capital to swallow all three fairly nicely.

Anybody else who wants to be in the telecom/datacom game needs to be looking really hard at many of the same companies. That's why Nortel bought BAY and why ERICY has got to be investingating the same kinds of deals.

While INTC definitely wants to get into networking components, I don't see them trying to be a large telecom/datacom provider. More likely, they're looking at ways to intgrate and support basic network functions on PCs. Don't need to buy COMS for that.
