To All: I think that Bob's recent buy recommendation is meant for those with money earmarked for equities, but currently sitting in a money market account. In other words, if someone was trying to get some money into equities, now is a good time to stop dollar cost averaging and just invest it in a lump sum. I don't think that Bob was recommending changing one's asset allocation to go more heavily into equities at the present time. Do you agree or disagree? Best wishes, I2

Since I had followed Brinker's given instruction to jump in all hallow at DJIA 8650 and/or 1090 on the S&P500, I have yet to be made whole on my most recent somewhat ill-timed investment decision. Truman, Same here. However, if Bob's prediction holds true, then such purchases will hardly look ill-timed from the perspective of new highs. Take heart - you are not alone. :-) Ken

Truman, I thought Bob's official Marketimer buying opportunity was under DJIA 8650 or under S & P 500 1100, which translates into weakness below 110 on Spiders... I see that some people on this thread bought at even lower prices than you (109). Didn't everybody have their limit orders in at 109 63/64? <g> By the way, to all those that bought Spiders below 110: Are you blindly following Bob's advice or did you do your own homework and decide that purchasing Spiders under 110 was a good idea? IMHO, I think most people are following Bob's advice blindly similar to how most people bought UTEK. Best Regards. Rillinois
