Tim,

Good thread. I trade at home with E*Trade. Considering other trading options. The ocassional 5 - 10 minute delay in confirmations is killing me. I use cable and PC Quote. Today a market order when GCTY was at $44 1/2 got me a $51 confirmation after GCTY had bounced at over $51 3/8 and returned to $47 (10 mins and an angry phone call after I placed the order). I have filed a trading inquiry and will close my account with them if my entry is not revised to the mid $40's. This is not the first time it's happenned. Fortunately I have won 90% of my complaints (Trade on average over 100 trades/mo.)

Most annoying as GCTY did exactly what I expected. Of course, as I waited for a confirmation my hands were tied and couldn't sell at my planned target of $50. Any ideas on LII trading systems I can use at home??

Rashid
In SEEK at 26 7/8.

Something is very wrong with TLAB (one of my suggestions from 2 days ago).

Near the end of trading today on no news releases and in an otherwise healthy market it came off more than $2 and never really recovered.

If anyone is looking at this one, be careful, someone might know something I don't.

Sorry, I know how much you hate short positions but:

EK is testing a double top at 83 1/2. If it doesn't break through 83 1/2 resistance it is going down.
