Aldo: I don't think that TLC is interested in the game units. I think that TLC is interested in the educational units, but only if the deal is accretive. I am suspicious that CD will initially want too much to do a deal with TLC. If TLC is not the buyer of the educational units, I expect that whoever is will move to increase unit prices and phase out rebates. This will be good for everyone in this sector.
