TLC,

There needs to be a reason for turning others in. I doubt I will be able to get the goods on all 111 people in fronts of me. How about this. If you catch someone breaking the no flame, no antagonistic posts or personal attack rule on BB threads (rule number 3), you get to claim one of their picks and replace one of your picks in your portfolio.
