Bosco,

WEBSHK doesn't mirror Hang Sang Index; instead it mirrors Morgan Stanley Captial Hong Kong Index which consists of 35 big blue chip stocks and is market cap weighted. Since its stock components are very similar to those of Hang Sang Index and both are computed in the same way, I would think they are higly correlated. Could you please tell me how large the deviation is? My only concern of WEBHK (or any country) is the expense ratios over 140 basis points. This is high considering it is an passive index fund. I am thinking to buy Asian stock ADRs but I don't get diversification unless I purchase large # of stocks.
