Now that we have killed the McCain bill and Congress is out of session what are the biggest threats to the tobacco industry? Is it the Florida trial?

I think Clinton is too tied up with his problems to push for more legislation, at least in the short term.

Any word on the negotiations that were supposedly taking place with the state attorney generals?
