Good Morning All!! I feel like this "little elite group of investors" who have found a winner before everyone else. The word will spread about this company as more and more people learn about it. Company website- Will be updated with an overhaul soon. HMLF is really into utilizing technology, which makes them a forerunner in real estate. Although their website has not been updated in a while, they have invested several million into their Intranet which connects their offices around the world. Next project up for completion is their company website, which already receives 400K hits per month. It will encompass everything for the homebuyer consumer right online. Everything from listings and mortgage to home warranty and coffee. Did I say coffee? Yes! The site will feature consumer products as well. Moneybaggs and I even saw the classy "Homelife" ground coffee packages yesterday. Remember the company's growth plan--they want a piece of everything the homebuyer is interested in. Appliances, moving services, etc. they are positioning themselves as a one stop shop. Fully reporting Status--This will happen soon. All the paperwork is done and being reviewed by the law offices of David Horowitz (a big law name around these parts :-) Every BB company would like to be fully reporting--if they could. It legitimizes the business for investors. HMLF has been fully reporting with audited financials since 1991 for the State of Calif. All on the up and Up. This should not only attract new investors, but put pressure on the MM's New MM--As Moneybaggs eluded to...HMLF will have possible two new MM within a month or so. Couldn't hurt!! HMLF is being as strategic as possible in their selection. Stock Promotion--Gotta keep quiet on this one, but suffice it to say...It's Coming!! And we're already here...Yeah!! If you can find the time to do some of your own DD on HMLF you will know what a great long term investment this is. AT the very least call the company for an investor's packet. I'm talking about hanging around for good things. Patience on this one. Play it Patiently. Happiness is Being HOME!
