What Hubbard needs to realize is that he is not at OAT anymore. He does not have a bottomless cash pile that can be hidden in corporate overhead. This is not Gatorade. He has taken GBUR to the edge of the cliff. As Worthington moves in with also Very tasty products and gets exposure every time someone buys GBUR products (The Catalina system-Coupon Solution will issue a Worthington Coupon to evrey GBUR purchasor), GBUR will be very hard pressed to survive given their cash situation. IF H & Q or CIBC Oppenheimer does a secondary (they not begun, but who knows), it will have to be massively dilutive. There are no alternatives as the Company's existing line ties up all the assets.

BTW, Robert you sound like you are in the food biz. True?
