I am a shareholder of NRPI and have been watching the PRWT thread since we have heard that PRWT would be doing mortgage financing for NRPI. I like the fact that the stock is closely held as there are 2.2 million shares in the float and less than 1 million that are away from company. I have included a recent update on NRPI by Stocks For Tomorrow. The stock has moved up in spite of the poor market in most small stocks. I am up $.10-.15 already and a well organized thread like PRWT could take this stock to the moon with the volume of stocks your group buys. We should see a news release shortly that tie the two companies together. It should be good for both companies, but NRPI should move a little faster because of the small float. Good luck to shareholders of PRWT and NRPI. NATIONAL REHAB PROPERTY (NRPI) $.63 + .01. We are hearing that NRPI's financing is in place and they are waiting for a more favorable market condition to make the announcement. During the day today, the DJIA dropped down to 1000 points lower than where it was 3 weeks ago. In the same time frame, NRPI is up over 20%. The stock should have a major breakout in the next few days. I have gotten calls this week from other newsletter services that are looking to recommend NRPI before the end of the month. They are waiting for further information and a press release. By the time the press release is out, the stock will be considerably higher. With the poor condition of the general market, volume has been low. What we have seen at the close today was a market that was down over 250 points, was that there was no selling pressure in NRPI. At the close there was stock offered at $.63, $.72 and $.75. When the stock breaks out, you are going to see a move to the $1.25-1.50 in the very short term. The magazine article which we thought would be out over the weekend, was not mailed until today. Look for a Friday-Monday time frame for 100,000 copies being delivered. I suggest that you step into the stock on the open as there will be big demand for the stock early next week. With the small float in NRPI, you will end up chasing the stock instead of trying to build a position in the shares. Trading above the old high at $.88 will take the stock to the $1.50 area.
