I am actually joining LU at the end of the month, I worked at Cisco for almost 3 years and I am looking forward to joining LU. Should be some interesting times ahead. As a Techhead I am very interested in the kind of technology LU is starting to develop and acquire, we will give CSCO a run for its money.

Here is another advantage of Lucent over CSCO:

CSCO is in the Bay area with more potential earth quakes while Lucent is headquartered in N.J. and its R&D in Naperville, Chicago.

I also own more CSCO than LU.

Just hope LU would lay off some more ppl. Their overhead is just huge. Still want to buy more LU though.
