As a source of information about MIDL, this thread has certainly been priceless, especially since the news release. After sifting through the garbage, I would like to ask several questions without appearing to be taking sides, because what I am really after is factual information that will help me make my own decisions. James, Dusty, Joe (and others) you made or implied some very important points, that if true, should definitely be discussed. I will ask these questions directly, so we can either discuss them or drop them. #1) Are you saying that Gary did anything illegal pertaining to MIDL or MIDL stock? #2) Are you saying that MIDL got to the price where it was as a result of Gary hyping it? (I define hype as overexagerating companys prospects for growth, based on the best information available to them) For that to be true, he would have had to know that DF-144 belongs to NovaGas, and that Arcon was a scam from the beginning. How would you explain the undesputed Exxon news release? #3) Some of you never said a bad word about Dan Fisher. Do you believe that the situation we find ourselves in is a result of anything other than theft by Dan Fisher ( and MIDL letting him in )? Do you think he has been wronged by the general opinion of MIDL shareholders? Are you in touch with him? How do you explain his last news release? (the shareholder meeting part?) I have had warrants on me before, because I didn't pay my traffic tickets on time. Does this mean that a guest in my house can clean me out without recourse? Of course not. I would surely like you to set me straight if I am wrong, because right now, the direction in which you are pointing for problems seems to be directly opposite of where they are. Sorry for the long post. ER
