USTI hype follows:: NEWS...Profitable quarter for 20 yr old .047 penny stock. . .

United Systems Technologies...Y2K compliant software designed for city governments, police departments, water companies, utilities, courts, etc. . . just released . . 300+ cities already use USTI software . . . should be upgrading soon...software licensing costs 25k per. . . licenses increased by 73 percent. Costs and expenses decreased 13 pct. and salary expense decreased by 19pct.

While it is not a big company [17 employees, 3 locations] it is a REAL one. The vast majority of penny stocks are strictly hype . . .this one shows little regard for investors...website is clearly designed just for customers use and specifically not for investor hype.

LDDI Announces Formation of Powerchannel Division, Contract with
American Interactive Media and Enhancement of Strategic Objectives

PEARL RIVER, N.Y., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Long Distance Direct Holdings, Inc.
(OTC Bulletin Board: LDDI - news) announces that it has formed a new
division, incorporated as PowerChannel, Inc. PowerChannel has been formed to provide a
unique worldwide program of access utilizing the television. The technology
will employ a set-top box, infrared remote control keyboard, and a regular remote control.

In furtherance of its intentions, PowerChannel has signed an agreement with American
Interactive Media, Inc. (''AIM'') (OTC Bulletin Board: AIME - news) to
purchase set-top Internet access devices, supported by AIM's proprietary
webPassport(TM) Internet access service, which provides subscribers with full access to
the
Internet through their existing television sets without the need for a computer. The
underlying Internet access will be supplied by LDDI through its previously announced
agreement with IDT Corporation (Nasdaq: IDTC - news), a major national Internet
backbone supplier, under which LDDI has become an ISP (Internet Service
Provider). PowerChannel's unique set-top box and proprietary services will allow
households free use of the Internet without the need of a personal computer, and will
shortly provide an upgrade option to provide a range of telephone services.
PowerChannel
intends to commence installation of the devices in September and October
1998, with a full rollout scheduled for the first quarter of 1999.

Steve Lampert, President of PowerChannel and LDDI said, ''PowerChannel has
researched the Internet TV market and determined that AIME's webPassport solution
provides us with a very attractive business model. AIME's integrated system of hardware,
software, and its portal of network programming and content places
PowerChannel in the TV Internet business overnight. Based on our new relationship with
AIME, we believe we can become one of the fastest growing Internet Service
Providers in the US, and our goal is to achieve over 1,000,000 subscribers over the next
two years. Plans call for initial distribution to begin in the 1998 fourth quarter
with a national rollout scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 1999.''

What we know is that it is MUCP inside with internet telephony software to boot.

And here's a link to the company's shareholder letter discussing why the company has been so silent as of late.

Note the discussion of a character set that will permit usage by Chinese and Japanese owners. They are going after Asia.

MSU Corporation Develops Internet Browser for China and Taiwan

MILTON KEYNES, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 1998--MSU Corporation (OTC
BB:MUCP) announced today that it has developed an Internet browser that can translate Chinese
for use with its SlipStream Internet access technology.

A prototype of the new technology, which is capable of translating both Old and New Chinese, has already been demonstrated in China, and MSU will be ready to market the technology within eight weeks.

SlipStream, which provides users with Internet access via a television and a regular telephone line, already has the capability -- using MSU's browser -- to translate the Internet information of several other foreign languages, including Spanish, French and German, but until now, it could not interpret Chinese and other ''character'' languages. In addition to opening the Chinese market to the company, this development will make it much easier for MSU to develop browser capabilities for other countries that write with double-byte characters, such as Japan.

MSU's browser will work with most service providers, can be converted to other platforms, is fully compliant with HTML 3.2 and comes bundled with e-mail. The code for the entire package takes up
only half a egabyte -- the smallest browser package currently available, according to MSU's estimations.

Wynford P. Holloway, president, chairman and CEO of MSU Corporation, commented, ''We are truly excited about this development. We already have an established relationship with several businesses in China that are eager to use this new technology. With a population of more than one billion people, we believe the explosive marketing potential speaks for itself and that the number of possible applications for this product in a country of this geographical size is staggering. In addition, we will be aggressively pursuing licensing agreements for this innovative technology.''

MSU Corporation designs and develops computer chips and chip sets principally for use in consumer electronic products. Most of the company's chips are capable of multiple functions and eliminate the need for additional chips. Moreover, they diminish the risk of malfunction and error, permit more efficient circuit-board designs and are available at a low cost. In addition to computer chips, MSU develops consumer electronic products and reference platforms for itself and other companies. Its SlipStream Internet access technology enables anyone with a television and regular telephone line to access the Internet and send and receive e-mail. And when used with MSU's
customized, proprietary browser, SlipStream allows users in
Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, China and English and Spanish-speaking countries to access and interact with foreign web sites in their native language. The SlipStream technology is
also manufactured and marketed in a TV set-top box by MSU's manufacturing partner Mitac, Inc., a major Taiwanese manufacturing company. MSU also offer custom services in chip design, hardware and operating-system development, computer peripheral-design development and application-software development, consulting and sourcing.
