Is there a premium that preferred stock holders need to pay in order to convert or is it free? I would think that if there is no premium...holding on to it would be better...unless they wanted to unload some. Thanks. Best of Luck, Where'd He Go?

Let's follow your conjecture with another - Do you think the fact that the volume has dropped off (at least temporarily) right after the 10-Q was filed has anything to do with these conversions? It is almost as if someone wanted to get all his selling done before it became public that he/she had converted.

I don't know what this may mean - just an observation.

Eric

1. The notes were also paid off with stock.
2. Some services were paid for with stock.
3. Add to that the slide in price.
4. The converters would want to be able to convert for as many shares as they could at a price close to a bid of $1. But they would not want the price to fall below $1 since their newly acquired shares would drop in value if RNTK were delisted.
5. IMHO some preferred holders sold shares either short or long so they could convert the preferred shares at as close to the maximum number of shares as they felt they could get. That they are converting says they don't expect the stock to go significantly lower. Also some converters of the preferred probably did sell in the runup of up to 50%.
