Well Kevin I have to disagree slightly. I belive all share holders have the right to know details about the company they help finance , and as soon as possible. Ever go for a mortgage lately, or personal loan? They want to know know every thing, starting from what kind of toothpaste you use. same goes here. BUT, to try and extort that info at the expense of your own investment, and those of others by undermining the Co. you supposedly are invested in, is quite another story. It's shameless, and deserves the same treatment.
