Like I said a month ago he handed it over to the Lawyers. He is out of it. I'm sure the SEC is looking into these matters. I don't think they will be able to move ahead until we have a resolution on this thing.

But Jaki, he may also not be contradicting them because they are right and he has exaggerated the position that PRWT has taken in Belize. Then that is not responsible. Saying nothing serves no purpose.
