Steve, While I would never advocate underestimating any competitor, I don't think that Mr. Conner is some disk drive savant that will make fools of his competitors. As for cherry picking in the fastest growing sector, it may be that this fast growing sector will be the least profitable. The sub $1,000 market is well known to offer great potential growth. This will certainly attract many participants to the segment and it will likely become fiercely competitive. I would prefer to stay away from such areas. Humm lately that would seem to be every segment of the DD industry.<G> -Robert
