Jim: Before you confuse me with a bear, the subject of HOLD recommendations has been discussed on CNBC. The anchors there said that the analysts rarely use a HOLD and that it generally means a SELL. They posited that sometimes these analysts have made BUY recommendations and are not able to say they were wrong. They gave examples of dire statements that accompany the HOLD recommendations on occasion.

I guess we could compromise and call a HOLD and HOLD. LOL!

<<'If 10 percent of Mac owners decide to upgrade to an iMac, that's a
million units sold,'' Wolf said. ''That's an incredible performance.
And after seeing the iMac, I think its doable.'' >>

Perhaps I'll be one of those 10 percent as soon as I see a nice 400 mhz PPC up there.

Believe it or not, I have a souped up IIsi and a Powerbook 540 as my primary machines (at home).

Of course I work with the latest G3 and Pentium IIs at my job. Ultimately, when I get home, the last thing I want to see is a computer.
