I know, that was my point, if he were demonstrated to be a "de facto" perjurer, in the "real world" he could be convicted and thus be a felon.....thus the argument that while not "de jure" a convicted felon, he would have been guilty of crimes that would ordinarily make him thus. Could this be why the founders were vague as to "high crimes and misdemeanors"? bp
