To: All Pfck'ers Fr: Mr. E.Z. MONY Have not been around lately, just checking on the thread. I hear the Sultan crowd bailed did not have what they claimed to have. Co. project is up at auction on Sept.1, but I hear they are offerring the Island boys $2 million cash and 10% of the deal to stay home, should be a done deal in the next ten days. That's a better return than pfck all day long! I hear the Island crowd is up 75% this week on a sweetheart OTC deal, less than 1million shares in the float. Looks like they found a vehicle that will work for acquisition purposes. Dallas dirt is selling well with four new projects, to bad the Island crowd couldn't get pfck in the deal. From the rumor mill I hear the Reg.S is being placed in escrow to reevaluate the deal structure. Any one else know what's up? Whats up with Linzy capital and converting to a closed end fund? Anybody hear this one? Well I picked up two mercedes, a jaguar and other toys, pfck has been good to me. I think I will stay around on the sidelines and watch out for those Southern boys. I am following about five deals on "hg"'s coattails heres hoping for the best!ALWAYS LONG PFCK! Back to the Islands for me mon, weather is beautiful, water is great.
