To all, Many of you responded to Rosario's request for how much stock you have. Those of you that gave him your totals were rallying around the PRWT flag being held by Rosario. How do you feel about sharing that information publicly with that person? What was his purpose for gathering this info? Did it serve you any good? Choose your bed partners carefully, You do not have to respond to anyone. No Response after a post gives back a message. No audience = fewer posts. Why engage? To: +LegalBeast (11561 ) From: +Style Writer Thursday, Aug 13 1998 9:53AM ET Reply # of 11722 Just got a response from the Solicitor General for the Attorney General's Ministry in Belize stating that under Reference 88/9/1/88/98 (668) dated 2/24/98, that the Memorandum and Articles of Association of "Affordable Housing Group Limited" situated at 2A King Street, Belize City comply with the requirements of the Companies Act, Chapter 206. I was further advised that the Affordable Housing Group Limited was incorporated in Belize on February 27, 1998 and that John Schmitz owns shares in Affordable Housing Group Limited purchased with US dollars and permission under the Exchange Control Regulation 8 (2) 1976 from the Central Bank of Belize. That means Affordable Housing is licensed to do business in Belize and the shares that John assigned to PRWT in Affordable Housing are valid. News will be forthcoming when John deems it advisable. I believe John to be very honest and straight-forward and everything he has told us so far has turned out to be the truth. I am in for the long run and at these prices anyone who bails is very foolish indeed. How many $5,000 deposits have you received? How many Trades to date have been executed on IT? ** What is the status of the remaining 31 states that are not licensed? I cant believe that no one had done this as yet today. What's Sue's phone number and I will take care of it?? Thanks.
