I think that the overall market sentiment is pretty gloomy. Thus, pfe probably will not make any significant short-term (1-2 months) gain. I am not sure how much the management can do to the stock price, except repeating the same lines about Viagra's safety. Even if they did finish their buy-back plan as originally described, we won't know until after the fact. Even that is a drop in a bucket. Long term investor should just stay put, and ignore the short term daily fluctuations, otherwise, it will drive you nuts. Da bull
