Prosperous One: I don't know what the status of the audit is. That's something that only the accountants can answer for sure and they may not know yet, either. I do know that the accountants were on-site a last month and may have been there for some time prior to that siting. As far as processing time, I have heard that currently it can take as much as 6 months from inception to decision because of backlogs. I'm sure this varies from case to case and week to week. Assuming the process was officially begun just 2 months ago, then (if the ducks are in order) mid-December would be worst-case. Are they are ahead of schedule? Your guess is as good as mine. There have been rumblings to that effect but I don't know if anything has been substantiated. regards, Wally
