MS responded to an e mail this morning. As far as getting listed he said this to me. "I can't comment on the status of getting listed on another exchange right now but one of our companies missions is to complete the Form 10 and we have submitted this to our attorney". So, someone tell me what that Form 10 is so I can determine if there is any significance to this. Peaceful

Audit's 10q will come in way before December! most companies get 45 days between the quarter end and the 10q filing date, so assuming their numbers were in order from the period ending June 30th, they should actually be ready to file any day now, unless they plan on missing the current period filing, which I doubt, since in order for them to be considered for more venture capitol, they will have to get their numbers in order. We may actually see a filing any day between now and Sept 15th, if assuming they end their fiscal quarter July 31st instead of June.
