official- 91- yes. But we still had a recession here in cal until late 93, I think. Banks are being warned to tighten credit standards. Still I must get three flyers a day offering me a cashout refi on my house. I'm seeing good support on quality russell and emerging market stocks here. And buying of south american stocks. The upward pressure on oil prices make trannies go down and latin america go up. some of this emerging market stuff is 90% off its highs, it either has to go up or go out of business here.
