"Redacting" refers to the process of the drawing up and finalizing of (in this case) a document. However, I have heard before that all that was needed was the TX signature and it turned out not to be the case. Furthermore, I do not share Eric's optimistic opinion about the short period of time it may take for a "major," to sign. While it is not impossible, given the history here, it seems delays are to be expected. I hope I am wrong. Finally, I think that when the deal is signed, the wording of the release will be all important. SGII just announced a very long awaited letter of intent with Mitsubishi today and the stock went down. Still optimistic and hoping for the best. We should see heavy volume ahead of any announcement.
