Where did you hear about this? Just curious, because I'm long qwst and coincidentally picked up psix on drop. You know psix just lit a transatlantic fiber. qwst + psix would be quite the powerhouse. Of course, I heard lvlt and qwst were rumored to hook up. Regards.
