JD, again, you're showing how little you respect facts. The Republicans in Congress had nothing to do with this mess. Clinton himself created it. First, he got himself in a position to be sued for sexual harassment. Then, he carried on (allegedly) with another underling in a pattern that the Jones lawyers were trying to establish. Then he lied about it (allegedly). It was Clinton's Attorney General who appointed Starr. It was Clinton and the Democrats who pushed to implement the Independent Counsel Statute, over Republican objections. And it is Clinton who has the sole authority to have Mr. Starr fired if he abuses his power.

Place the blame where it belongs. Squarely on the shoulders of Clinton and his Democrats.
