Tried to reestablish a short position today but now Datek is telling me it can't short AMZN. That's the first time for me. Any other suggestions for high-flying internet stocks way ahead of their fundamentals that are near their highs?

I agree with that. The wait to see 60 will probably be well into next year, IMO. Since this "story" is not expected to unfold to the point of being able to tell if it makes a fraction of sense for a few years, there will be enough hot internet air to keep it from tanking completely.

Short sellers - don't cover too strongly at the close - keep this puppy moving down. Sell at the close - ". . .the trend is your friend".
