Roger;

Just the opposite. AAPL has been running Pentium-toasting ads - "Bunny" and "Steamroller" - for months and INTC has not run/announced anything to the contrary.

AAPL is using ByteMarks as its benchmark.

INTC, through CNET, of which it is an owner *bought*, and subsequently *closed* BYTE after lobbying them to change their standards. INTC didn't want an impartial publication backing up AAPL's claims.
