TC, My faith is drawn on the 2.5 million shares that I believe we hold. I have made alot of friends here, and I am not going to be some benedict arnold and say well I'm here with you until the end, and then bow out now. I know that it may be hard for some to realize, but money isn't everything. My integrity to this group is what matters to me. Honestly I think if we get the money into this account, and the audit is done, we will open. I think that is what is holding us back. I think the lawsuit is nothing more then a scare tactic as many of us were never served, but in the first case documents, it listed some mega amount of john does from the internet. Besides, what leg does he (DM) have to stand on? He broke the law shorting the shares, right? JMO. Rob
