A price forecast/justification attempt,

Alastair informes us that the company confirmed that the earnings are
an average of 50%. Very strong earnings.

Given sales of 10 million and earnings of 40% at a p/e ratio of 14 to 1
(remember this is an estimate)
that makes a share price of $2.50 per every 10 million in sales.

Argue if you will, but I think there is no way that Napier won't sell any
less than that in a year. I still believe they will sell at LEAST 30 million
worth over the next year.

Also according to Alastair, Aelicks reports 1.8 mil in the bank. That is
worth about .08c/share.( times 14 = 1.12/share, and ya I know that could
well be spent, but it is there, in cash )

And no debt.

Who knows what the market will assign as a p/e. What do you think Sergio is
doing now? Sitting around. NOT. He is a great scientist and I am sure there
are more great products comming down the pipe. This also could be factored
in ( like many other stocks that do not even earn $$ yet with a p/e of 400+ )

Take a sales figure of 10 million:
Share price would be:
$1.70 at 10:1
$2.55 at 15:1
$3.40 at 20:1
$4.25 at 25:1
$5.10 at 30:1....

and you can add that for every 10 mil in sales
you get the picture

The only thing we lack to accurately estimate a price is sales estimate, and
what the market will assign as a p/e. You can bet they will sell at least
10 million within the next year.

Regards, Al
