Mr. Rob, As you may know, Mr. Zapara is being sued by AZNT for obtaining shares illegally from the company. Three of his accounts are currently frozen. In depositions, Mr. Zapara stated that OVIS gave him 5MM shares to promote the company with the understanding that the shares would be divided three ways. The stock, according to Zapara, was to sit at the TA for 40 days as the OVIS BOD signed a resolution on behalf of the shares. According to Mr. Zapara, after that 'holding' period the stock was to be divided amongst Messrs. Morgan, Breton & Zapara. Mr. Zapara also stated that this added millions of extra shares into the float. If we consider there was a 30:1 & a 10:1 reverse split(s), that would mean, according to Zapara, each of them would wind up with 5,556 shares. If Mr. Zapara is telling the truth, hardly the millions Mr. Martin has added to the float. Mr. Zapara also states Mr. Mork covered his RMIL short position by putting $600K into his Pacific account. Mr. G, acting pro se in Mork's civil case against RMIL obtains all court documents and states emphatically that Mr. Mork has not covered his short position at RMIL. It was also said that the financials have not been audited yet because no auditors can explain those extra millions of shares in the float, yet, considering the reverse splits, even if true, there are not millions of shares to be had. Lastly, this sheds light on Mr. Morks dinner meeting with Mr. Morgan. Recall Mork wanted Morgan to do a "split" and give Mork control of the company. Note that Mr. tonto refuses to recant Mr. Morks version of the story though it was he who brought it up. In my humble opinion, Mr. Zapara has many legal woes currently, he may be looking to Mr. Mork for assistance in these matters. The TA still confirms the float at 14MM, not the 17MM Mr. Martin posted on the AZNT thread. Mr. Zapara also, BTW, added 3MM shares to the float in his statements. Luckily for RMIL shareholders these kinds of claims are refuted in the court documents afforded Mr. G.. Good Day RB
